Excellent Service, I highly recommend. 7-2-20026,Today I am removing those 5 stars reviews i had given previously based on the services I had. Terminix keep scheduling me for MORNING TIME, even after I requested the 3pm-5pm TIME, they still RE-scheduled for morning TIME,I keep calling and still they do whatever they want, on top of that, the technician was supposed to come on JUNE 30 3pm-5pm,the guy came and spray OUTSIDE-GARBAGE BIN of my building not my apartment. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

I appreciated that Mr. Murrell explained in detail the process to remove racoons from our attic, and efficiently and expeditiously set and removed traps from our roof. I was especially grateful that he treated the racoons he trapped with respect and compassion.

Bat Guano Insulation Replacement: Verify Everything Yourself!! My experience with Terminix Mishawaka was extremely disappointing. I entered the relationship expecting professional expertise, quality workmanship, and reliable communication. Instead, I found myself repeatedly having to verify information, follow up on issues, and independently evaluate the work that was being performed. What should have been a service that provided confidence instead created uncertainty and required far more oversight than I believe any customer should reasonably have to provide. My advice to future customers is to think carefully about payment timing, document everything, and thoroughly inspect the work before considering the project complete, I would not choose this office again and cannot recommend it to others.

The office that does the scheduling always says the local office in Beaumont will call but they never do. We have had ants in the home and I tried for 3 weeks to have them come out. I had to call repeatedly to get an appointment, then they didn’t show. I called back and they said it was for another day we wouldn’t be available. I moved it to a better day. They show up on the day we said was a bad day. They have been extremely frustrating. We are canceling and moving to a better service.

Where to even begin with these people. The inspector came to look into the issue we have. We agreed to contract with Terminix for a major job that's very expensive. We were told it would be a 2 day job and were given a date for a Monday/Tuesday completion. It had to be rescheduled twice because they were waiting on attic insulation to be restocked. Each date we were given was a Monday/Tuesday completion. Finally scheduled for another Monday and Tuesday and they showed up on a Monday and started. They worked the job all day Monday and at the end of the day told my husband they WOULD NOT be back the next day (Tuesday) to finish, and he would have to wait for the scheduling department to call and schedule a completion date. What? The guy running the crew, Nathan, simply said we weren't on the schedule. We don't appreciate being lied to regarding the service dates. Never were we told this would be some 'sporadic start one day, and finish who knows when' type of job. It's summer and it's extremely hot and only part of our attic has their new insulation at this point. They need to come back and blow the rest of the insulation in. So we never get a call from scheduling to get this job finished. Meanwhile, the next day, the dumpster person comes to collect the dumpster (see pic) and tells us he can't collect it because Nathan and crew over filled it and now it's not legal to transport being that full. Nathan knew this as he told my husband it's a "possibility" it would be too full. Even though all Nathan and crew had to do was take the excess bags off and put them in their box truck (that they had ALREADY PUT the excess bags they had laying on our yard in) to make the dumpster legal. He chose not to do that. So now we are left with this eyesore in our driveway. The dumpster person was upset he wasted a trip to our house for nothing. This dumpster is blocking half of our driveway. No one from scheduling calls, it's sweltering in part of our house, and finally my husband reaches Nathan, and Nathan says he "might be able to finish the job that Friday or Saturday," and he will call back later that evening, which was Wednesday. I thought the scheduling department had to reschedule? So now all it takes is Nathan to set the schedule? Well, no call back from Nathan and no show on Friday or Saturday. My husband called a number at Terminix and was told the person at that office would have the local office call us to get on the schedule. Again, no one called to schedule. My husband called and texted the inspector, Jeff, and his voice mail is full and he isn't returning the text. Seriously? In what universe is this acceptable? These people have decided they are going to do half a job and just leave it indefinitely. Not to mention we still have part of the issue they came to alleviate. So they failed to fix half of the problem, are going to leave half our attic without insulation, and leave an eyesore, overfull dumpster blocking our garage and driveway...indefinitely. This has been going on for a week with no end in sight. My husband has called 3 or 4 different people/departments at Terminix and no one will contact us to finish this job. Never in my life have I encountered a business trying to make a profit run this way. This is weird and completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Our next step will be contacting an attorney. Edit to say at this time Jeff the inspector is working with us to have this resolved.

(We needed a service to clean up the bat excrement, sanitize the attic, and find the entry point.) Very polite and respectful at all times. The quote was available the same day. I called Adam and we discussed the quote. I was able sign the service agreement online and Adam handed it over to the scheduling department. Adam handled every aspect professionally. I would highly recommend Adam.

I call the dispatch very rude person telling me that couldn’t reach technician but appointment was between 2 and 5 pm that I had to wait for two hours for technician to show up so I canceled appointment cause I had to be at work and could not wait any longer, what a irresponsible company. At list they should have call to apologize for being late but nothing like that happened. I will never give my business to this people that have such of disregards for clients. What ever happened to a good service?
AAmy LyLancasterHORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! They don't do the job but still bill you every month. If you need reliable pest control, PLEASE STAY AWAY from Terminix. While the service started out well with helpful reminders, it has completely gone downhill. Technicians now show up unannounced, spend 5 minutes on the property without actually doing any work, and still send a full bill. Recently, a technician named Tim A. Anderson logged that he performed a 20-minute service. However, our doors were locked the entire time, making it impossible for him to have done the job. Our previous, thorough technicians always took 30 minutes. To make matters worse, Terminix management refused to help when I called, blindly defending the technician instead of addressing the issue. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
